When lived there is a force of the present moment The present moment is literally felt as an absolute eternity. Photo art by Eva | Everything is energy, every thought, action, inaction carries a consequence. The suffering we feel is because we contemplate the suffering and become it , rather than contemplating Real happiness and being it!! Liberation is free consciousness. We believe we have to 'heal', or transform our consciousness, yet we are consciousness! Yet it seems most people are searching for happiness, even most spiritual practices are a search, a technique or a doing to real a goal of ascension ... |

'Nothing needs to be avoided, transcended or found for it to be so.' Adi Da Samraj | Exoteric or all traditional religions have been communicated in a way for the masses, where one tends to see God as outside of oneself, praying for something to change. There is no spiritualisation process (feminine), or full embodiment of current. Esotericism has been separated and even denied by some exoteric religions such as Sufism, Kabbalah, Christian Mysticism Yet in truth there is no separation it is the same stream of consciousness. |
Esotericism requires us to go within to what has been described as the inner worlds of mind, matter and spirit. (or put another way, to be inclusive of both the transcendental and spiritual aspects of the Divine ) Exoterism and Esoterism is then a continuum of the same stream of consciousness. Esoteric is called 'the open secret" because it is all already revealed everywhere, but it requires an awakening to see it, resulting in dissolution of the ego. | All exoteric religions have always had an esoteric mystical path ,but the esoteric path has been separated out, or even ridiculed by exoteric or mainstream religion, only therefore able to be known by a few because it cannot be readily understood by rational argument. It is within this deep level of contemplation of the inner worlds of sufism ,that we are confronted by the ego, our shadow side also called the unconscious or subconscious mind. The heart awakens and there is a felt unity. |
This journey of the true “I” within is a purification and expansion of consciousness, an undoing of ego, ultimately to awaken to the supreme reality which is Unity Self reflection is uncomfortable, a fire but a necessary part of purification. Eventually the ego is lost, gone, abandoned on the shores of unity. The oneness of love dissolves us more and more. It sounds uncomfortable! and at times it is when we are confronted with ourselves. This has even been called the dark night of the soul! | Yet the paradox is despite the highs and lows of spiritual growth, we are happier... We also experience love this way through the direct experience of God, for although God remains a mystery and cannot be known, the paradox is He is known as love. All exoteric texts say “die whilst alive” , and esotericism is this 'secret' for this to happen. The statement refers to the death of the ego whilst alive and the awakening of the heart whilst alive... |
Like Freud, mystics have long understood that the ego and chasing desires is the source of anxiety. The dissolution of the ego requires a 360 degree shift of consciousness away from the cerebral mind, materialism and the scientific model that most people relate to as real. We are never in the dilemma we believe ourselves to be in! | The essence of our true nature is love, not as a talking shop or abstract concept but more as a way of life, a way of being in the world. |
When re-ignited love can be felt tangibly, whole bodily. The feminine and the masculine balanced. The transcendental (masculine) and spiritually lived and seen (feminine). The paradox is there is no feminine and masculine, no duality and if we re awaken to this it is simply felt as unity. | The sacred light is fundamental to human existence.Inherently in everything and everyone. |
Whatever exists is a manifestation of the one absolute that pervades everything and is not limited to time or space. | To awaken to Reality means a shift from the ego as the focus to the heart, or feeling dimension and felt Unity. The sense of a separate self, the ego ‘I’ upon which we build our life is illusion. We have forgotten God. |
By journeying deeper into the spiritual heart through turning our attention, our ego dies again and again, | By knowing ourselves by locating the “I`’ within , we know God. The ego is slippery though! which is why all Traditional ways of Return state the importance of having a spiritual teacher. One who is of a higher consciousness, and so is like a beacon to us. |
Realisation is when we tacitly realise there is only one substance, one form of Reality which everything is made of. | There is a revelation that God does not inhere in us. We inhere in the Divine in the one form. All is sacred |
We discover instead of ourselves there is a vast ocean of divine love that is ever more intoxicating and is everything | The Divine is both transcendental and Spiritual Spiritual awakening is a direct recognition of the clear light of timeless awareness that is the matrix of all apparent existence instead of trying to see God in a particular appearance ,it is better to see Him in everything |
The physical heart is the centre of the material body, the spiritual heart is the centre of our spiritual body of consciousness | The heart is all...The heart is the loci for spiritual awakening |
Love is the primal source that purifies and transforms us, that draws us always towards union. | To remember God we need locate "I" according to Ramana Maharishi. This is known as the spiritual inner chamber of the heart which energetically unlocks |
Our raison d'êtreThe inner chambers of the heart is where we find "I" and Truth, spiritually | A way of life, a way of being. When re-ignited, love can be felt tangibly, whole bodily. The feminine and masculine balanced. The transcendental and spiritual lived as one... We no longer need to live in a world of separation which has divorced matter and our physical selves from its spiritual nature. Everything is a celebration of divine oneness, everything a unique opportunity to praise and remember the Divine. |
The sacred is light and is fundamental to human existence.Inherently in everything and everyone. | Death of "I ness"Liberation is realising there is no other than God |
Becoming aliveEnlightenment is drawing us out of the solid structure of mind, awakening to the ‘feeling' dimension and animating the Divine whole-bodily | Enlightenment is not just a psychological change but a whole bodily awakening to the divine A living process... we all pass through mysticism to become awakened. . |
There are many different levels of reality, different dimensions of consciousness, from the physical world, through the archetypal world of symbols, to the pure consciousness of the Self and beyond into the planes of non-being. In the previous era the journey of spiritual ascent took the seeker from the physical world of the senses to the transcendent planes of reality. However, in the sphere of divine unity or Prior everything is present. There is no above and below, no ascendng or descending. | 'Nothing needs to be done to it! Or to you for it to be so.' Adi Da Samraj |
'Nothing needs to be done to it! Or to you for it to be so.' Adi Da Samraj | 'Nothing needs to be accomplished, purified, undone for it to be so.' Adi Da Samraj |
Only the radical understanding of the spiritual heart of life is the ground of real peace and joy... |
